Refund Policy

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return any of you products, please contact our customer service team at: info@egesagas.com within 3 days of delivery date. Items sent back without notification will not be accepted.

Your product must be returned in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages, including packages returned by the courier due to failed delivery (e.g., incorrect address provided by customer).

Discounted items are non-refundable.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method with shipping cost subtracted from the total. Please remember, it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
